Rapid Sale Home Staging is a residential and commercial staging and redesign provider serving all of South Florida.

This is how we work:

First, we pay a complimentary visit to your home where we analyze your property with an objective eye, identifying the strengths and weaknesses that are likely to influence the first impressions of potential buyers.

Then, we offer creative, cost-effective solutions that minimize potential negatives while enhancing the positive qualities of your home. We often create a more neutral space, where the buyer can begin to imagine the possibilities the home holds for them.

At this point you may choose between a written consultation to use in staging your own home using our detailed suggestions (this is an in depth look at the home and takes up to three hours)

OR you may choose to have us do the staging for you. If, after reviewing the written consultation, you feel that you would prefer to have us do the staging, then the consultation fee can be applied to the staging fee. This fee is nonrefundable.
